I like cooking/baking.
And this side hobby of mine SHINED during the pandemic, when we all were stuck at home.
I am going to share the recipe of the ONLY things I can make right….
U see I have this VERRY bad luck with cakes,
they never turn out right.
EVERY SINGLE CAKE I HAVE MADE IN M LIFE (except for one) HAS TURNED OUT HORRIBLY WRONG
So I wont be sharing you recipe for the thing which I cant make for myself only.
These things are easy peas and quite fool proof (until and unless your hands are EXTRA clumsy)
SO HERE IT GOES !!!
1. A SUPERR easy drink (Ya it is just a cold coffee)
1st thing- Take milk
If yo want to make two glasses of coffee, take 2 glass milk (I dont know the amount in litre and stuff)
This recipe is for 2 GLASSES OF COFFEE.
So all the ingrediants are according to that
You can do a little here and there if you want to increase or decrease the quantity.
And u can also have ice but I dont put it in m drink, my throat is a bit sensitive. Also eating ice isnt that good (i think so)
So take milk (cold, chilled not necessary). DO NOT take milk in room temperature. It does not taste good.
So pour the milk in a blender.
Take 4 tbsp of coffee powder and add water in it to make it a bit liquidy (if there is a term for it, I don’t know O.O)
Now add this water coffee mixture into the milk
Then take 1 tbsp CHOCO POWDER (It is said to be optional but PUHLEEZE add this)
Then take 1/2 Cup sugar and add it in the blender as well
THEN MIX EVERYTHING
U r ready with your very easy super tasty cold coffee
NOW SOMETHING TO EAT
I make these quite often and i MUST have mentione dit somewhere or the other in my blog.
2. MINI garlic breads
Take bread, bun anything like that
take 4-5 garlic cloves (or less OR more if you like……garlic ?!)
Preheat the oven for 180° for 10 mins. And do it AFTER you peel the cloves
THAT TAKES TIME !!
So after peeling the cloves place them in a grinder and grind it till it is fine
If you want to, you can add coriander leaves too, they add an amazing fresh taste to the garlic bread. I recommend adding it
NOW take some butter (u don’t need to measure it much, cause butter is never enough), add the garlic coriander mixture and add A TON of oregano seasoning followed by A TON of chilli flakes !!
YUM YUM !
Then mix these things up until they are soft and kinda creamy
TAKE THE BREAD, TAKE A SPOON, TAKE THE BUTTER MIXTURE, PUT IT ON THE BREAD, TAKE THE BREAD, PUT IT IN THE OVEN, BAKE IT FOR 7-8 MINS
Your quick snack is ready !!
